Description

1) Responsible for overall management, operations and control of the full spectrum of financial, accounting function and business support the Group of Companies. 2) To review month end closing including the account analysis and reconciliation. 3) To monitor, guide, supervise, review and verify work done by accounting and administration staffs. 4) To interpret the Company's financial results to the Management and recommend the improvement of the activities. 5) To advise the Management on financial implication and risk related to key issues and important strategic decision. 6) Liaison with bankers' auditors, legal advisor, company secretary, tax agents and authorities. 7) To prepare Cash Flow Forecasting and Management to ensure optimal treasury position and facilitate requirements with banks. 8) Tax knowledge and experience to prepare the reports that complies statutory requirements, tax computation and manager tax planning. 9) Assisting in the annual budget and periodic forecast preparation and presentations. 10) To ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and financial reporting standard as well as developing, reviewing, suggesting/implementing improvements and change to standard operating policies and procedures. 11) Support that appropriate process and system controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity.
