    Description

    Job Title: Corporate Finance & Investment Banking

    Type: Full time

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with Labuan FSA on all compliance matters, including AMLCFT and Labuan FSA regulations.
    • Prepare reports as requested by Labuan FSA to ensure compliance.
    • Evaluate client onboarding and transactions for adherence to AMLCFT policies.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on compliance matters, including AMLCFT.
    • Compile and submit reports to authorities on AMLCFT-related matters, including Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
    • Present compliance reports to the Board of Directors.
    • Monitor risk management effectiveness and policy procedures within the company.
    • Update company policies in line with Labuan FSA's latest regulations and collaborate with department heads to implement new policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance roles within large and complex financial services organizations.
    • Preference given to candidates who have completed SCLE Modules 9 & 10.
    • Strong understanding of Capital Markets transactions.
    • In-depth knowledge of current Capital Markets rules and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Able to work independently.

    Estimated Salary:

    $90,000 - $120,000 per year
