Sales Executive
Department :
Sales, Warehouse & Logistic Department
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending costing, quotes and proposals.
- Preparing sales forecast and monthly sales report.
- Planning for delivery schedule and production planning.
- Managing the sales process through system.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in daily meetings.
- Act as liaison between customers and finance/credit department to ensure orders are given proper credit approval and are released for shipment without delay.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong communication with inter department.
Salary:
RM5, RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Sales: 3 years (required)
