About the Role:


Perform recruitment plans and activities of new students and manage revenue-generating activities to provide a steady stream of revenue in Malaysia market.

Uphold the Association's value chain all the times and improve its related activities over time in the markets. You will report to Country Manager, Malaysia - Management Accounting


You Will:


  • Identify with new business lead or corporate employer account to establish new businesses opportunities and sustainable business collaborations.
  • Deliver customer values to students, members and other external stakeholders to ensure the retention of students' and members population and learning progression, aimed for recurring revenues from business referrals approach.
  • Provide required support to business development team, especially in business / market activities relating to generate potential leads, prospects and university recruitment campaign.
  • Conduct research and identify new business initiatives, market intelligence to impact the development of all collaboration projects relating to the BD team Malaysia.
  • Support BD manager in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and post sales activities.
  • Plan, implement and monitor the marketing promotion plans, roadshows, events and exhibition with the BD team Malaysia's territory.
  • Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the projects undertaken by the Malaysia BD team.
  • Support the BD Manager in any sales support related by him / her, work under the direction of the BD manager.

You Have:


  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or a businessrelated field
  • Experience in Business Development or Marketing.
  • Experience in education or professional bodies.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in performing business development and sales in regulated business environment is an advantage.
