Description
Assisting the Administration, HR, and Accounting teams

  • Responsible for ensuring administrative tasks are carried out systematically and neatly to ensure smooth company operations and affairs
  • Managing correspondence related to HR and Accounting (EPF, SOCSO, SIP, Account Receipts, etc.)
  • Preparing general letters, memos, working papers, meeting minutes, and the like
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings or agendas
  • Aiding in addressing employee inquiries regarding administration and HR matters
  • Updating the Job Descriptions of each employee within the company
  • Updating and assisting in monitoring employee information related to attendance, leave, claims, overtime work, and others
  • Supporting the Human Resources Executive in advertising current job vacancies on desired Social Media platforms
  • Conducting research to list vacant positions before advertising those positions
  • Carrying out other tasks as directed from time to time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
