Responsibilities:
- Handle account and administrative works
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly accounting task as per instruction
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
- Ensure transaction are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system
- Prepare relevant letters to certain parties
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification SPM/LCCI/Diploma.
- 18 years old and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, fast learner, selfmotivated, multitasking, performance driven and teamwork capable among each in the department.
- Minimum1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SQL accounting system will be an added advantage
- Those who can start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
- Must possess own transportation
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
