Our partner, an Australian insurance investment and distribution group with a diverse portfolio of businesses and a national footprint headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, is expanding its team and looking for a
Graphic Designer


The Graphic Designer's main aim is to deliver visually engaging and on-brand design materials for both for the client's head office company as well as multiple brands and businesses of the client.

You'll be responsible for the creation and execution of a variety of print and digital assets, in a fast-paced & forward-thinking investment & insurance group.


This is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest growing insurance distribution companies in Australia, working on multiple brands.

You will have the opportunity to get creative and work on everything from brand identity, developing guidelines, marketing materials, logos, develop visual identities, inventing templates, imagery, managing assets and more.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create professional, visually compelling designs, across a variety of mediums for multiple brands.
  • Design and produce everything from logos, digital ads, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials to name a few.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Have a strong understanding of print media, fonts & content licensing.
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Develop 3D mockups and visual presentations to showcase work and ideas.
  • Creating and editing photo and video assets.
  • Designing documentation and presentations (PowerPoint & Word templates).
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate the outcome briefed.
  • Contribute to varied projects directed by the head office marketing team.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • A degree in Graphic Design or similar qualification.
  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in the Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft Powerpoint & Word.
  • Exceptional design/visual skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English Language communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • A high level of organization and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.
