We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the Industrial Relations (IR/ER) function.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will provide support to other HR functions as needed


Key Responsibilities:


  • Labor Relations Management
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as a mediator in disputes between employees and management, employing constructive dialogue to resolve conflicts.
  • Grievance Handling: Oversee the grievance process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and equitable management of all cases.
  • Compliance and Legal
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor compliance with all local, state, and federal labour laws, staying informed on legal changes and advising HR and management on necessary policy adjustments.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies to prevent legal challenges and promote fairness in employee relations.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for management and staff on topics related to labour relations, legal compliance, and effective communication to foster a better working environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of all labour relations activities, including disputes and their resolutions.
  • Regular Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing the status of employee relations and ongoing cases.
  • Support for Other HR Functions
  • Recruitment Assistance: Actively participate in the recruitment process, from interviewing to managing employment documentation, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll department to provide necessary employee relations data and aid in resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Handle queries related to HR policies, maintain HR databases, and assist in the general administration to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years in industrial relations or a closely related HR field, with a track record in negotiation and conflict resolution.

Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
