Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for quotations and creation of stock cards in DMS
- Issue/receive orders to/from suppliers
- Monitor order status and followup on outstanding orders
- Process parts shortage/damage/warranty claims
- Coordinate daily perpetual stock count process
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Coordinate with HR and Facility dept. on related matters
Job Requirements:
- Preferable Minimum Diploma in relevant field, or at least 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Fast, positive learning attitude and meticulous
- Excellent team player
Salary:
RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
