Sales Support Executive (Indoor)

Roles & Responsibilities

Min. 5 years sales support experience engaging internal stakeholders and clients in a B2B environment.
Experience in IT industry is preferred.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Company's success.
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person.
Good Team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English for oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Requirements:

Handling administrative tasks so that Sales Team is focus on driving sales.
Be the communication liaison between relevant stakeholders and departments.
Handling inquiries and assist to resolve any complaint or issue to maintain customer satisfaction.
Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Support salesperson on sales process and postsales matters, keeping Salesperson informed of any issues with delivery.
Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing quality customer experience.
