Description

The Procurement Executive is responsible for efficiently sourcing materials and services while optimizing supplier relationships. This role ensures compliance, supply chain efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement. It involves strategic procurement, problem-solving, industry awareness, and ethical conduct to contribute to seamless operations and organizational growth.

Identify and secure reliable suppliers through effective negotiations.
Foster enduring supplier connections.
Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
Collaborate with diverse departments to determine procurement requirements.
Innovate processes for cost efficiency.
Uphold regulatory and company standards in procurement practices.
Maintain meticulous procurement records.
Contribute to comprehensive procurement reports.
Stay abreast of oil and gas industry trends.
Identify potential suppliers and innovations for consideration.

QUALIFICATION

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related fields REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 2 years experience (Experience in Oil & Gas is an advantage)

- Have an experienced to handle ISO procedure (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, Well known with Autocount system is prerefable. - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Possess own transport - Stay nearby Cyberjaya
