Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity while complying with industry standards and company regulations.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the organization's business needs and work closely with other departments to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Alongside these collaborative efforts, the IT Operations Manager will diligently monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying areas for improvement and swiftly addressing any deviations to uphold our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and the latest developments in IT operations management.
  • Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
  • Assist in incident management and change request processes.
  • Manage all help desk-related incidents and reports, including providing direct guidance to customers via helpdesk

Requirements:


  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant fields in IT Operations
  • Proven experience as IT Operations Manager, preferably minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Experience in system development coding & project delivery.
  • Experience in managing direct reports would be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal & written skills both in Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Familiarity with network management software, and other relevant software tools is essential.

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
