Job Title:
Process Associate - Local Malaysian with Japanese JLPTN1/N2

Are you a talented professional with Japanese proficiency (JLPTN1/N2) and a passion for supporting sales efforts and managing projects? We are seeking a Process Associate to join our team.

As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team, managing project volumes, and ensuring data integrity to drive efficient processes.

Brief Description:

Support the Sales Team in their endeavors to sell products, subscriptions, and solutions to end customers.
Efficiently manage volumes of projects and data in various stages of progression.
Access and organize data submitted by clients, audit data integrity, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive processes and provide support.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
12 years of experience in a BPO environment.
Proficiency in MS Tools and Systems.
Preferably handson experience in PMO related activities.

Skill Sets:

Clear written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
Ability to work well with crossfunctional teams and collaborate on projects.
Good knowledge of KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficient project management.
Strong focus on maintaining quality in work and delivering accurate results.

Salary:
From RM9,000.00 per month
