• Manage daytoday operations and ensure smooth functioning of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Supervise and support staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain quality standards for food, drinks, and service.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Oversee compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to plan promotions and events.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Previous experience as manager in a bar and restaurant setting, at least
  3 YEARS:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends.
• Ability to handle highpressure situations.
