Requirements:

Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges
Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage
Computer literate
Minimum 12 years of experience in telemarketing or sales are encouraged

Responsibility:

Contact existing and new customers to remind about motor insurance renewal and upsell products
Perform sales conversation based on the script that describes motor and nonmotor insurance products or services (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales campaign
Prepare quotation, explain benefits, and persuade potential customers to purchase insurance renewal and/or new market business
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information/feedback for quality control
Go the 'extra mile' to meet monthbymonth sales targets and facilitate future sales

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Education:

STM/STPM (preferred)
