Description

_Responsibilities:
_

- _Handle incoming calls and resolve any bank products / services._
- _Sign up customers for I-Banking for ease use of online banking._
- _Maintain contact records to reflect latest information._
- _Reduce requests and complaints turnaround._
- _Promoting SCB current promotion / information to customer before end call._
- _Maintain accuracy of information given to customers._
- _Have high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Policy._
- _Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter._
- _Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling._

- _Able TO WORK UNDER 24/7 SHIFT - (5 days/week & 9hrs/day - including 1hr break)_
- _Fresh Graduates are aceeptable._
- _Fully work from Office_
- _SALARY UP TO RM3000-RM3800_
- _Min 2 years' experience in customer service or call centre background_
- _Excellent English_
- _Good benefits working under banking Industry (Salary revision every - 6 months)_

RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
