Shift Production Supervisor - Kulim, Malaysia - Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage all manufacturing activities
- To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
- To manage the daily production and continuous productivity improvement
- To maximize quality output, managing the bottle neck
- To train and utilize all manufacturing technicians and specialists
- To ensure the daily production target is met
- To ensure productivity improvement
- To ensure good cycle time
- To ensure safety and discipline
- Support meeting company's quality and reliability goals
- Follow and comply with any procedures or measures stipulated in SilTerra's Environmental Management System
Requirements:
1) Minimum Bachelor Degree and above in engineering or related field
2) Willingness to work on a 12 hours rotating shift, including nights and weekends.
Skills / Abilities:
1) Knowledgeable in high volume and aggressive production environment
2) Able to motivate / handle specialists / technicians
3) Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
4) Good team player and hard working
Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
