Description

Administrative Duties

  • Key role and deliver a full range of facility services functions to the organization as well as manage direct and
coordinate a range of support activities on facility services functions:

  • Air Cond, Housekeeping (Office Cleaning & Equipment)
  • Arrangement to replenish general expenses & staff welfare, water supplies & utilities etc.
  • Planning & arranging for internal briefing, meeting, and special events.
  • Manage direct and coordinate a range of office administration support functions.
  • Key role in being the first point of contact for office administration support
  • Planning & arranging for Services (Office supplies, stationery and other system organized by Organization.
  • Key role for mailing and postage documents.
  • Any adhoc related duties as and when assigned

ISO & Training

  • To assist HR executive on the training matters
  • Performing the full internal audit cycle including risk management and control management over HR & Operations' effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

On-boarding and Off-boarding

  • To assist HR executive on recruitment onboarding and offboarding checklist
  • Provide stationaries to new joiners

Payroll

  • Compile staff OT forms timely

Human Resource (HR)

  • E-Leave Administration for (Best Crete)
  • Time Attendance Administration, checking accuracy in time attendance system
  • Internal Communication (Bulletin, Memo Announcement, Info Updates)
  • Any adhoc related duties as and when assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Administration, Business studies or any businessrelated fields.
  • Proven working experience as Admin & HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Proven track records for training
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
