Description
Managing stock level and placing orders for new materials where required- Acquiring products in specified quantities at a warehouse facility.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Update logs and inventory documentation.
- Meet regularly with production/Operation manager to review, analyse and develop actionable plans for productivity, security and loss prevention in the warehouse.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demand of the fulfilment and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Crosscheck with planner to ensure no overpulling or stock overflow.
- Coordinate quarterly stocktake exercise.
Qualifications & experience
- Possess at least diploma or degree, preferably related to business and management.
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in warehouse management.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin.
- Able to do multitasking under pressure.
Pay:
From RM3,000.00 per month
