Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Perform data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Continuously stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality business analysis deliverables within specified timelines.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
• Experience in financing, trading and properties industries
