Overview


The Manager, Compliance (FCC Advisory - Financial Action Task Force) will report to Head, Compliance (Financial Crime Compliance Control, Advisory & Assurance) and support the team in establishing the Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) and Financial Action Task Force (FATF) framework for the Group through effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • In anticipation of the BNM and Financial Action Task Force (FATF) reviews for the industry.
  • Appraise, evaluate and conduct gap analysis against guidelines.
  • Perform indepth risk assessment in compliance with the Bank's appetite, policies and requirements.
  • To provide advisory on AML, CFT and TFS policies and ensure compliance based on the Policy as well as local laws and regulation.
  • Assist in enhancing and implementing AML, CFT, TFS policies as and when required.
Job Requirements

  • Education_
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in any equivalent.
  • Experience_
  • 7 years and above experience in a financial institution with specialization in Financial Action Task Force (FATF) & BNM review.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing in English language, through all levels of the organization.
