This job is an internship for Supply Chain and Logistics Students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Supply Chain.

You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-entry and engagement with Supply Chain business of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts.

Your daily job scope consist:

Managing daily reporting to account management.
Creation of Forwarding Cargo Receipt (FCR) in the operating system and Submission of Shipping Instruction (SI) to carrier.
Ensure the Invoice issuance to vendors on a timely manner.
Managing the data entry update in system to ensure monthly data reporting accuracy is as per target.
Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Any ahhoc tasks that is assigned by supervisor.

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:

Diploma and/or Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
It will be added advantage if individual have parttime experience dealing with partner/supplier.
Being able to compose, speak and write professionally in English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
