Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other relevant modules_
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security_
  • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP_
  • Configure, customize and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs_
  • Provide enduser support by troubleshooting and resolving SAPrelated issues_
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices_
  • Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP_
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data_
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) related to SAP usage_
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular performancetuning activities_
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures_
  • Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators_

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of experience (adjust based on your requirements)
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Strong project management skills to lead SAPrelated initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
