• Able to conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunity, to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential customer.
• Gather and feedback on market and competitor's information.
• Present, promote and offer company's products and services by approaching prospective landlords/clients.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by fulfilling client briefs and responding to enquiries and quotation requests in a timely manner.
• To perform adhoc duties as instructed by the superior from time to time.

Pre-requisites Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Marketing or in any related field.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Sociable and with good interpersonal skills.
• Observant, gogetter and problem solver.
• Malaysian only and possess own transport.
