Monitor, check and verify planned routine service scheduling, PPM and corrective maintenance.

  • Proposed ascertained performance deduction (APD) CMMS monthly submission claim.

Technical Know-How & Other Requirements

  • Familiar with government building
  • Familiar with civil building requirement
  • Reliable and responsibility
  • Fluent and can handle people in all different level

Manpower Specification

  • Degree in civil engineering or Degree in building surveyor
  • Male
  • At least 7 years working experience

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 41 months


Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
