ABOUT THE ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory payments.
  • With proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills.
  • Managing and improving payroll operations.
  • Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities.
  • Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
  • Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc.
  • Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Handson, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 4+ years inhouse payroll operation experience.
  • Payroll and tax knowledge in Malaysia.
  • Strong vendor management and project management skills.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
Up to RM5,500.00 per month
