1. To assist in preparation of food according to company SOP. 2.

Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition:
Sweeps and mops floors 3. Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood 4. Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them 5. Stirs and strains soups and sauces 6. Weighs and measures designated ingredients 7. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator 8. Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage, and steam-cleans or hoses garbage containers
