Description

Develop new business opportunities by creating a new customer base (Private & Government Project) for the company and maintain close relationships with potential & existing customers.


  • Execution of business strategy and to achieve sales objectives for the assigned products and market segments.
  • Effective key accounts, customer relationship, and sales collections management.
  • To achieve the sales target set by Management in a specified time frame.
  • Responsible to optimize the company's sales and profit growth.
  • Establish, maintain and expand the customer base.
  • Collect customers' feedback and do market research.
  • Responsible in handling customer complaint via liaise with Production and Technical Department.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:


  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in Ready Mix Concrete/Building Material Industry.

Salary:
RM1, RM5,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:


  • Ready Mix Concrete/
Building Material: 2 years (preferred)
