Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Develop and design visual content for a variety of channels including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.
- ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging visual concepts.
- ⁠ ⁠Create original artwork, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard design software.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive brand representation across all materials.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools, and integrate them into projects where appropriate.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- ⁠ ⁠Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency and quality in all design work, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- ⁠ ⁠Review and approve final designs before production or publication.

Requirements:

- ⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
- ⁠ ⁠Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for both digital and offset printing is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
