Sales Executive - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Mah Sing Properties Sdn Bhd
Description
Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.- Assist purchaser in obtaining endfinancing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
- Prepare sales reports to be submitted to immediate superior on weekly basis.
- Support marketing team in the implementation of Sales & Marketing Programmes.
- Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.
