Description
To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

  • Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures.
  • To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
  • Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.
  • Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.
  • Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.
  • Assist in handling room lock problems.
  • Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.
  • Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook.
  • Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
