Description
To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.- Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures.
- To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
- Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.
- Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.
- Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.
- Assist in handling room lock problems.
- Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.
- Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook.
- Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.

RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
