Description

Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin and English
At least 1 year of customer service experience is a preferred.
Must be able to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break)
Must be able to work on 5 working rotational days including weekend & Public holiday
Open to SPM, diploma and degree holder with a customer mindset.
Good communication, analytical & problem solving skill
Must have no issue to work at Bangsar South, KL.
Possess own transportation
Able to join on 11 May, 25 May, 1 Jun, & 15 Jun 2022

Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
