Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Offshore Platform EPC/ EPCI/ EPCIC.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordinator or Interface Coordinator Role.
  • Professional certificate by accredited Bodies/ Associations e.g. PMI is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Must have knowledge & experience in EPC/EPCI/EPCIC Execution of CPP, WHP and/or LQP projects, and including budget control, schedule control and interface management.
  • Familiar with international codes and standards related to Offshore Platforms Engineering, Construction, Installation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning in Oil & Gas industry and also related local regulations.
  • Familiar with PETRONAS Procurement Standard, PPGUA requirements and General Contractual Terms & Conditions.

Responsibilities:


Responsibilities during EPCIC Bidding:

  • Assist Tender Evaluation Team Leader during technical bid clarifications and technical bid evaluation of Lang Lebah Offshore Central Processing Platform (CPP).
  • Focal point to consolidate and review inputs from COMPANY discipline engineers and all tender evaluation team prior final review by Tender Evaluation Team Leader.
  • Focal point for interface and coordination with Asset Development Planning team, Procurement team, JV Partners. PETRONAS and other concern parties during EPCIC Bidding.

Responsibilities during EPCIC Execution:

  • Focal point to manage Contractual, Cost and Change Order issues during EPCIC phase of Lang Lebah Offshore Central Processing Platform (CPP)
  • Focal point to coordinate/resolve interface issues with other EPCIC Packages, Asset, Operation & Maintenance teams.
  • Setup project management procedures, project coordination procedures, document control system and project risk assessment plan.
  • Assist Construction Manager to expedite work progress and resolve outstanding project management issues and technical issues with EPCIC Contractor and his Subcontractors.
  • Assist Construction Manager to manage stakeholders and interface among parties, both internal PTTEP stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. JV Partners, PETRONAS, Local Government Authority, EPCIC Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc.).
