Responsibilities

  • Responsible for
    full scale of GL processesand procedures as specified under Service Partnership Agreement
  • To ensure month/quarter/year end
    closing activities are met given with tight datelines.
  • Preparation of
    journal entries

Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis

Perform inter-companies reconciliation, inter-companies billings and inter-companies netting and payment


  • Coordinate pre/post closing call between GBS Team and Country Finance for solving variances and issues.
  • Assist Country Finance on providing data for external statutory audit and tax.
  • Assist in maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • To perform UAT and other test cases during Project Thrive implementation
  • Other adhoc tasks as required by GL Supervisor.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
