Description

Responsibilities

  • To assist in project management from planning & design stage, execution (tendering & construction), coordination, implementation and completion of project (refurbishment/ renovation/ new development) within budget and schedules, for Malaysia & oversea' s project
  • To assist to develop design from given concept to the artist impression, working drawings and details
  • To assist in Liaising and obtaining authorities approval at various stages of work
  • To assist in leading the project team and resolve technical details
  • To source for quotation and price negotiation with suppliers and contractors
  • To assist in managing and involving with all properties' layout & architectural matters, and work closely with the resident maintenance team.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Must have good communication skills, spoken and written in English
  • Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch up,
  • Strong design skill and project management capabilities

Salary:
RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
