  • April 09, :48A retail company in Malaysia is looking for an Operations Manager to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of company operations including strategic business planning, SOP improvements and financial analysis.

Main responsibilities of the Operations Manager role:

  • Oversee all aspects of the business operations and implement operational improvements to drive greater efficiency.
  • Analyse, refine and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain relevant, sustainable, and impactful.
  • Tackle unforeseen challenges with immediate actions and come up with longterm strategies to mitigate future risks.
  • Evaluate and monitor financial performance to ensure that operational adjustments and SOP implementations align with and support the company's financial goals.
  • Make strategic decisions that balance costefficiency with operational effectiveness, targeting for overall financial health and growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or above.
  • Min 5 years of experience in operational leadership within the retail or service industries, overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Strong leadership qualities and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills, proven by a history of effective operational enhancement.
  • Profound financial insight, adept in budget management, cost efficiency strategies, and financial analysis.
