• Perform cold calling & follow up calling with potential clients to gain leads and trainings.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Support the team in administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively convey ideas.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Creativity and critical thinking skills to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
