Duties & Responsibilities:

Process all Life and/or A&H/Major claims requests received as per stipulated requirements
Register, reserve, assess, review, investigate, approve, and process payment for Major claims within own Claims Approval Authority and recommend to a higher level for claims above authority
Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaires, and to review all statuses, and ensure efficient adjustment in the claim system.
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time, and productivity benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Involve in team engagement activities to foster closer team spirit and create worklife balance environment

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalent
Language: Spoken and written in Chinese, Cantonese, and English, with strong written skills.
Understanding Traditional Mandarin is an added advantage
Selfmotivated and customerorientated
Time management skills
Computer literate in MS Office
Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn
Following the Hong Kong working calendar

Salary:
RM6,500.00 per month
