    About the Position

    This role is part of our Aon-Agro team, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for agro-inputs, including pesticides, seeds, fertilizers, and more.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Grow retail and regional sales of agro-inputs across product categories.
    • Develop and execute events, booth displays, and partnerships to increase awareness and attract customers.
    • Create leads and convert them into loyal customers at our retail stores.
    • Establish relationships with farmers and agrochemical experts to expand our network.
    • Provide technical support and insights to customers and HQ staff.

    About You

    • You hold a tertiary education in agriculture or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • A background in the paddy industry, particularly with a technocommercial focus, is an asset.
    • Proven sales experience and fieldwork in agriculture.
    • An outgoing personality with a willingness to innovate and try new approaches.
    • Fluency in Malay and local dialects is required.
