Job Description:

Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including managing incoming calls, maintaining office cleanliness, office supplies and equipment.

Data Entry and Recordkeeping:

Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems, including customer records, invoices, and inventory information, to ensure information is readily accessible and up to date.


Document Preparation:

Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management or team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all communications.


Customer Support:

Assist customers and visitors by providing information, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel, delivering excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.


Meeting and Event Coordination:

Coordinate for meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure successful and seamless execution.


Financial Support:

Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records to support accounting and finance functions.


Job requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field preferred.


Willing to stationed in Temasya Glenmarie office.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a machinery or manufacturing environment.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, and vendors.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and company records.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders preferred.


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
