Job responsibilities:
- To maintain and ensure all the inventory records are well controlled and recorded.
- Prepare and update daily reports/data entry for the inventory.
- Supports under functions such as sourcing or receiving.
- Cross department collaboration, including finance, merchandising and warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and safety level control.
- Assist the superior in verifying and matching on purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and account statement with outlets.
- Carry out regular price review activities on assisting stock purchasing.
- Assist in any other related duties which may be assigned by the superiors.
- Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
General requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & advance in Microsoft Excel skill.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
