Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Screening and Assessment:
- Administer assessments and coordinate technical screenings, as needed.
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow internal processes and procedures for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs and priorities.
Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
