Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Landlord/Management and Rental Negotiation according to company budget.
  • Liaise with various Government departments and associations according to Company Direction.
  • To identify and analyze market trends to develop targeted expansion plans and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • To conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential locations for new outlets, taking into account demographic factors, Direct/Indirect competitors, and local market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Handle corporate presentations, and prepare documents/contracts and proposals.
  • To coach and work closely with Franchise Team and other departments for the new Franchise outlet's official opening.
  • Assist the Franchise Manager in providing coaching & operational support to ensure all new & existing Franchise outlets perform according to policies and guidelines laid down by the company.
  • Assist and follow up and liaise with other departments for achieving effective and efficient management support for franchise outlets.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
  • To conduct monthly meetings with the Franchise Team and brief them on future plans.
  • To carry out Ad Hoc duties as and when requested by your superior and any other senior management member.

Job Requirements

  • STPM, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the franchise business model, including franchise operations, legal considerations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, third parties and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset with a passion for the food and beverage industry, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer preferences and industry dynamics
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM6,350.14 per month
