Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Landlord/Management and Rental Negotiation according to company budget.
- Liaise with various Government departments and associations according to Company Direction.
- To identify and analyze market trends to develop targeted expansion plans and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- To conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential locations for new outlets, taking into account demographic factors, Direct/Indirect competitors, and local market dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
- Handle corporate presentations, and prepare documents/contracts and proposals.
- To coach and work closely with Franchise Team and other departments for the new Franchise outlet's official opening.
- Assist the Franchise Manager in providing coaching & operational support to ensure all new & existing Franchise outlets perform according to policies and guidelines laid down by the company.
- Assist and follow up and liaise with other departments for achieving effective and efficient management support for franchise outlets.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
- To conduct monthly meetings with the Franchise Team and brief them on future plans.
- To carry out Ad Hoc duties as and when requested by your superior and any other senior management member.
Job Requirements
- STPM, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Indepth knowledge of the franchise business model, including franchise operations, legal considerations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, third parties and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Entrepreneurship mindset with a passion for the food and beverage industry, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer preferences and industry dynamics
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM1, RM6,350.14 per month
