Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Landlord/Management and Rental Negotiation according to company budget.
Liaise with various Government departments and associations according to Company Direction.
To identify and analyze market trends to develop targeted expansion plans and capitalize on growth opportunities.
To conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential locations for new outlets, taking into account demographic factors, Direct/Indirect competitors, and local market dynamics.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Handle corporate presentations, and prepare documents/contracts and proposals.
To coach and work closely with Franchise Team and other departments for the new Franchise outlet's official opening.
Assist the Franchise Manager in providing coaching & operational support to ensure all new & existing Franchise outlets perform according to policies and guidelines laid down by the company.
Assist and follow up and liaise with other departments for achieving effective and efficient management support for franchise outlets.
To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
To conduct monthly meetings with the Franchise Team and brief them on future plans.
To carry out Ad Hoc duties as and when requested by your superior and any other senior management member.

Job Requirements

STPM, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Indepth knowledge of the franchise business model, including franchise operations, legal considerations.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, third parties and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Entrepreneurship mindset with a passion for the food and beverage industry, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer preferences and industry dynamics
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
