Responsibilities:


  • Supporting contract negotiation for IT outsourcing and work together with procurement department.
  • Handling for invoice verification and contract forecast.
  • Partnering with various services to define measurable service levels.
  • Collecting, analyzing and aggregating critical contract information to support service owners and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting tender processes for IT vendor procurement.
  • Evaluating potential partners for hardware/software or services.

Job Requirements:


  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in informatics, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • More than 5 years of work experience with IT vendors or in defining and/or managing IT contracts.
  • Good understanding of IT processes and technologies.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good English communication.

Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
