Role Overview:


As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.

Working closely with the marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the growth and success of our restaurant chain.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Marketing Manager in managing daytoday operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Create draft speeches, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and other written materials to ensure accurate and consistent alignment with the company's communication strategy.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content, including images, videos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication projects to ensure they are conducted in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Conduct analysis and derive insights to construct recommendations and strategies, including postmortem evaluations.
  • Monitor and drive the growth of the brand, developing and executing a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities and internal performance management.
  • Cocreate the brand's strategic direction, test initiatives, and learn quickly to continuously grow accounts and the category.
  • Liaise with brands on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate seller promotions into the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with brands and internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects that directly impact the customer experience.
  • Handle various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brand performance for senior management.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of work experience in marketingrelated industries.
  • Excellent English skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of branding and communications principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in copywriting, proofing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to forge effective crossfunctional team relationships and confidently interact with senior stakeholders internally and externally to deliver business outcomes.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactivity and an entrepreneurial mindset to adapt to the evolving needs of the role as the category develops.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and the latest social media platforms is preferred.
