Monday to Friday - 8:30-17:30


Salary :
RM4,300 + RM300 Attendance Allowance

Job Purpose
The role of Account Manager is important to us.

The focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage the Telematics accounts for customers and maximise the usage on the Telematics which is essential for the continued success of our Telematics Solution Division.

You'll report into Olivia Ong, Account Management Department Manager.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Contact existing portfolio of accounts to maximise volume and gross margin
  • Fully explain features and benefits and encourage customers to avail of a complete Telematics Management package
  • Reduce number of non & low drawers' customer within the customer base.
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Obtain referrals from current customers.
  • Project work and campaigns as assigned by line manager
