Description

1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and employee personal files 2. Update internal databases with new hire information 3. Update and keep track of employee attendance in TMS system on daily basis 4. Assist payroll division by providing accurate payroll report (e.g. attendance, leaves of absence, sick days and overtime) on monthly basis 5. Involve in recruitment procedure (planning, interview, selection, hiring) 6. Respond to employees' questions about benefits (e.g. leave entitlement, medical benefits) 7. Liaise with other department for training plan 8. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) 9.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, highly organized and task oriented with an excellent ability to recognize and resolve problems regarding employee matters
Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to travel or work overtime when required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
Able to work in Desaru, Johor or Beranang, Selangor
