Description
Minimum SPM with good English spoken and writing- Minimum experience 2 years in Hotel industry in the same capacity.
- To anticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive.
- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, gymnasium.
- To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
- To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their experience.
- Check every Registration card for accuracy, legibility and completeness of information. Followup for any discrepancies.
- Greet all guests at the lobby upon arrivals and departure.
- Upselling for our room and facilities.
- Check and arrange all guests' bills and ensure all transaction is supported with voucher/bills for departing guest.
- Ensure Front Office Cashier Cash Float is correct and balance.
- Ensure that Front Office Department is with the most stringent hygiene and sanitation requirements including counter and office area.
- Punctual to work
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times according to Resort's standards.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
