Hotel Manager - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - ROL Solution
Description
Responsible for the dailyboperations of the hotel.- Provide effective leadership to the team and team members to ensure targets are met.
- Be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the Division.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest/member/client expectations.
- Seek and respond to guest/member/client feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min Degree and above
- Min 5 yrs as hotel mgr.
- Middle to large hotel working exp.
- Age below 50 years old
- Open Race
Salary:
Up to RM13,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- hotel management: 5 years (preferred)
