Description
To assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center.- Maintain exceptional levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in providing training and development programme for junior team members.
- Responsible for daily and weekly staff scheduling, staff briefing, reservation and handle all matters pertaining to maintenance and general purchasing for the outlet.
- Comply with restaurant security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
; Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / FandB Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years work experience, with 2 years as Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
- Excellent knowledge in Chinese / International cuisines and beverages.
- Well presentable, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
